The great room provides plenty of seating with two sofas and a recliner (1 is a sleeper sofa). You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the SMART TV with Cable and HBO. Wireless internet is provided.

The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops, modern cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. You will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows while your prepare your daily meals! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and seating for 6 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keurig coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. It has a brand new Memory Foam Mattress for a perfect night's sleep. The guest bedroom features 1 Queen bed and 1 Twin bed and it has direct access to the hall bathroom.
