-Housekeeping: Monthly housekeeping is included to keep your space fresh and clean. Cleaning fee is $150/mo.  In your first booking, you will only be charged for the first 30 days ($150 cleaning fee).  Every month going forward, the cleaning fee will be added to monthly rate.  It does include once a month deep cleaning of the shared spaces, including all bathrooms.
