Perfect for a small group/gurls weekend

We arrived for a quick girls weekend. The place was decorated with a Christmas trees both inside and out to add some Christmas cheer. We had the best time catching up and relaxing in this lovely home. The location is perfect to visit the Grapevine downtown area. Grapevine downtown is Hallmark Perfect. We will be back for next year.

Fantastic experience

House is in a great location. The area can be a slightly noisy during the day, but is to be expected. Quite at night. Great neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a nice park around the corner. The host was amazing, great communication. The house was stocked with most anything you may need, nice bbq and great backyard to relax in. We will certainly stay here again, and if we go to a different area would look for places that the host has there. Thank you very much!!

My background is one in real estate development and management of all types, for over 40 years. We have built dozens of homes, and renovated many dozens more, including this property.

In addition to our Grapevine Bungalow, we have 9 additional properties in the stockyards section of Fort Worth.

We are always available and within reach, and in fact, I live 20 minutes nearby. So we are very responsive to our guests needs!

Why they chose this property

We are uniquely and conveniently located very close to DFW airport, and a half mile stroll down to the historic N. Main St., District of Grapevine, we’re all elite, cool wineries, restaurants and entertainment venues are. We are also a three minute drive from Gaylord Texan, and great Wolf Lodge and hotel complexes. As well as the waterpark.

So everything is a quick shot from our location !
