Inside, you’ll find two welcoming living areas, including a spacious living room with a fireplace, featuring an 85” and 50” HD Smart TVs and a convenient powder room near the new 2nd floor deck with two tables and patio seating for eight. The 3rd floor has an expansion loft with two queen futons, a 65” HD Smart TV and a workstation that includes a sink and a water filtration system that is convenient for those residing on that floor. Both are perfect for movie nights after a day in the sun.

The home also features a fully stocked main kitchen plus a second kitchenette (with an additional refrigerator) and drinking water filtration systems, along with indoor dining seating for up to 18 guests, making group meals and gatherings effortless. The main kitchen on the 2nd floor comes complete with both a K-cup and a regular coffee maker (total of three, one on each floor for your convenience), wet bar, additional icemaker, beverage fridge, dual zone-wine cooler, two microwaves and is fully stocked with wine, martini, and pint glasses. The second floor living area has another primary suite and a versatile ground-level suite featuring two XL twins and two twin trundles (convertible to a king upon your request), a private entrance, kitchenette, and private bath plus an additional (over-under) washer and dryer to complement the 1st floor laundry room. -This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups.
-The house is on the end of a block; hence it has numerous windows, providing a lot of nature light, great cross breeze ventilation and comes loaded with ceiling and floor fans.
-The home has a central heating system for the winter and does not have air conditioning.
-Beach Gear Galore! Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrellas, sand boards beach blankets, cooler, boogie boards and scuba gear with a Wheeleez beach cart for easy transport
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to 1 month's rent ($5k cap limit)
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
