This unit only rents Saturday to Saturday Memorial Day to End of July.

This totally rebuilt ground-floor three bedroom is perfect for the family with kids - one king-size, one queen-size, two queen-size. The large duel-level pool with shallow section waterfalls that flow into the even larger deep pool, is like you have seen in advertising of the expensive get-a-ways in the tropical islands.

This is a true ground-floor unit. No need to use stairs or elevator, no need to walk all the way around the building. Just walk right out your 20 feet of sliding glass doors and jump in the pool, walk on the beach, or lay in the warm Alabama sun. Plus you have your own pool side storage for fishing or pool stuff.

Summer House resort is one of the most popular places on the beach. Full-time security and gated entrance will give you the safe-and-sound feeling of home. Staying at this place is one of the reasons you go to work.

Your outside deck on the ground floor is the entire front yard. You really will not believe it until you see it.

Six community charcoal grills are on the property and available on a first come basis, but because of fire codes, charcoal and gas grills are not allowed on the decks.

Summer House Resort will collect $50 per vehicle (max two) for guest registration upon arrival. This will cover your parking in either the main lot, or in the overflow lot across the street for the duration of your stay (up to 30 days).

No last minute charges, No credit card fee, NO departure fee, NO non refundable processing fee, NO non refundable application fee, NO cancellation fee, No towel fee, No key deposit. No security deposit. Lastly, no long lines to wait for a key, and No surprises when you get to the counter.

The condo association provides wireless internet service that the owners pay for. This service has been reliable and trouble free, but you have to know how to operate your wireless computer, no support is provided.

Was pleasantly surprised! It is even nicer in person than the pics. The 1st floor made it very convenient for the pool, parking and beach access. I will definitely recommend this condo in Summer House and hope to be back soon.

Perfect location and ground floor unit is super convenient! Especially with little kids. I think it’s time to upgrade the washer and dryer. Not sure the washer actually washes anything. I would definitely stay again. And not sure I will ever stay in anything besides a ground floor unit again!

Ground floor getaway - the best! Walk right out to the pool and beach! No scuffling for the elevators, and there were always carts for grocery carts when you needed them. We will definitely go back again!

Great Ground Floor Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the ground floor condo. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Beautiful view from the back patio. We loved being able to walk out the back door directly to the pool or beach. The beds were very comfortable. The AC worked great. Located near plenty of restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay there again.

So enjoyed the condo. We enjoyed the patio, being on the ground floor and short distance to the beach! The furniture and decorations were very nice. The construction was noisy in the morning and made parking difficult which was not the owners fault. I would love to return!

Great location

We enjoyed the ground level location. It was easy to walk out to the pool or beach. The boardwalk ends in a ramp down to the sand with no steps. That was welcome for those with mobility issues or pulling beach wagons.

Great place

This was our first time staying on a ground level unit we loved it with not having to wait for elevators easy access to the pool/ocean. Orange beach still isn't too commercially yet so it wasn't anywhere near as busy as Destin which was great. Our room was really nice and we were within a couple of minutes to a local grocery store or Walmart. I would highly recommend the summer house if you're considering orange beach.

Great rental with the best location!

We absolutely loved this little getaway spot! Our condo was perfectly located on the first floor for easy access to the pool & beach. Also includes great view of the ocean (sunrise & sunset)! Also within beach walking distance of Coastal & other establishments. Condo included all the things we needed for our stay. Beach loungers we available to rent on the beach for a fee, but well worth it. The only thing missing (very minor) is boogie board rental option. They were doing some noisy construction on the building next door the whole time we were there, but that’s unavoidable and at no fault of the owner. I will highly recommend Summer House 105A!

Welcome respite

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed the week of beach fun and outdoor activities after months of freezing temperatures and snow back home. It was nice to thaw out! The condo was lovely; the décor was tasteful and the little touches (potpourri, LED candles and art) made it very welcoming. I was impressed with the kitchen which was thoughtfully outfitted with all anyone needs to prep anything from a casual afternoon snack to an elegant dinner complete with champagne glasses. The beds were comfortable and there were linens and bedding aplenty. We also loved the convenience of being on the first floor as the indoors just flowed naturally to the alluring outdoor space made more so by the wide expanse of sky and the beach just beyond the pool. We would love to visit again next year. Thanks for sharing your beach retreat with us!

Very conveniently located to the pool and beach! The porch is amazing!!

The only reason I did not rate this condo 5 stars is due to how worn out the sofas were. It is beyond time for a replacement!! There was also a gnat problem in the condo that doesn't seem to be easily remedied with fly strips or any other method. Overall, the unit is very spacious and easily accessible from the parking lot, pool or beach. It is tastefully decorated and clean. We had a great time with our family here and will definitely consider returning in the future. We did have a maintenance issue (as a result from another condo unit) arise during our stay and the owner was quick to assist! Jeff was great to work with throughout the entire process.

Excellent Condo! Highly Recommend!

Our family of 3 just returned from a memorable trip to Orange Beach in this perfect condo. It sits on the bottom level with a huge back patio overlooking an excellent 2 level pool. The pool sits down so you still have a great view of the beach and ocean. This set up was absolutely perfect for our 3 year old. We have always been big fans of staying on higher levels but after staying here, we might have changed our minds. Ease of unloading and going back and forth from the beach and pool was awesome. I didn't miss messing with the elevators. The gym had enough to get a good workout in and the indoor pool was perfect for one rainy day that we had. This property even had a small playground area. The condo itself was well equipped and nicely done. We tend to be pretty picky and it fit the bill. Great kitchen and lots of room. To top it off it even had plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas, and beach games to grab right out of the closet and head straight to the beach. Finally, the location was amazing, just seconds from 3 grocery stores including Wal-Mart. Your search for the perfect vacation getaway stops here and the owner Jeffery is very on top of it.
