"Derborence 28", 2-room apartment 56 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Bright, renovated, practical and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). problème: dérangement par 5 chats qui traversaient notre balcon à longueur de journée. Pénible pour notre petit chien qui n'apprécie pas les chats.

Bella vacanza

Appartamento da aspettative come descritto. Molto funzionale, pulito, cucina perfettamente arredata e moderna, balcone grande con un bel tavolo e una vista magnifica. La piscina bella, grande e quasi sempre vuota ha arricchito il mio soggiorno, +2 gradi l’acqua sarebbe stato perfetto. Unico punto negativo ci sono tanti gatti, almeno 6/7, che passano avanti e indietro sul balcone per andare a mangiare nell’ appartamento vicino. Il mio cane non ama i gatti quindi obbligato a stare dentro sempre.

Practische woning met verouderde delen

Deze woning in Nendaz is een praktische woning. Niet teveel poespas, maar simpel en alles tot je beschikking. De kasten in de slaapkamer en de badkamer zijn flink gedateerd, maar functioneren nog wel. Op 2 pitjes koken is even wennen. De eettafel is wat aan de lage kant(maar ja wij zijn ook erg lang). Balkons en woonkamer zijn prima! Genoten van de momenten hier. Stopcontacten kind vriendelijk maken zou wel een aanrader zijn.

Appartement bien rénové. Aménagement agréable. Belle vue. Plaques à induction un peu compliquées à l'usage. Le mode d'emploi se trouve dans un tiroir près du salon.

C est la 1ere fois que nous sommes allés dans cet appartement...on connait des autres dans cet immeuble...alors belle surprise: il est bien refait ,mis au goût du jour...juste un bémol la cuisinière a que 2plaques pas facile avec les boutons Assez de services assiettes etc pour une famille!` On y retournera volontiers
