Very good location, within walking distance of beach, Fish Tales restaurant and marina, Climbing Ropes, Lazy Lizard Restaurant, fishing Pier, short drive to West OC and all it's restaurants and shopping, etc. The place is quiet with a clean pool and shower to rinse off before entering. Apt 404 has a peek at the bay where you can see the sunset from the spacious porch. It has a full open kitchen/living room with large TV and 3 well appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We loved staying here, with 3 teenage boys, it was perfect for them as well as for the adults.
