Welcome to the ultimate Kansas City World Cup home base. Located in a beautiful Leawood neighborhood just about 20 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium, this spacious and beautifully decorated home is designed for groups traveling together to experience the World Cup.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and features multiple private bedroom suites, generous living spaces, and a huge fenced backyard perfect for game-day gatherings.

One of the most unique features of the home is the full private addition, which functions almost like a second apartment. This space includes its own main suite bedroom, private living room, and full kitchen, making it perfect for couples or families who want a little extra privacy while still staying together under one roof.

Inside the main home you’ll find additional spacious bedrooms including another primary suite, plus comfortable living spaces for relaxing after matches or exploring Kansas City.

Outside, the backyard transforms into a World Cup fan zone. We’ve set up a large outdoor projector for match watch parties, complete with World Cup flags and plenty of space for groups to gather, grill, and celebrate the tournament together.

Whether you're heading to Arrowhead for matches or hosting your own watch party under the stars, this home is designed for an unforgettable World Cup experience.
