The outdoor space features a large saltwater pool and spa with a natural rock waterfall, multiple lounge areas, outdoor ceiling fans, and a gas grill.

The home offers five bedrooms, including three bedrooms in the main house and two private casitas, all with en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional powder room.

Inside, the spacious layout includes high ceilings, a great room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains and golf course, and a sunken living room with a fireplace, sectional seating, wet bar, and plenty of space to gather.
