Welcome to “Happy Travels”—56 Ocean Breeze! This beautifully updated and dog-friendly 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome is new to the vacation rental market for spring 2026! The property is located just a 30 second walk to one of the community pools and a short 10 minute walk to the beach, making it a prime location for fun and relaxation!

The main level of the property is open-concept in coastal colors. The living area features comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV and access to the private patio through sliding glass doors. The patio overlooks mature, lush landscaping, offering guests extra privacy. Past the living area, you'll find the kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. The dining table seats 6 comfortably with additional seating for 2 at a game table off the living area.

The main level also has a bedroom with a queen bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and access to an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Up the stairs you'll find the remaining bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 6 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 25 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.
