Beautiful home, in a great area, very quiet and private. Having a private pool was a plus, but also just a short walk to the neighborhood pool as well. We love the Sea Pines location, the restaurants, and all the conveniences. This home is only a 3 min drive to the beach, that is always so nice. The home was clean, spacious, firm comfortable beds, nice pillows and plenty of extra bedding and blankets to curl up on the relaxing couch and watch TV with the fam or play games! The hosts provided plenty of communication ahead of time and the iTrip login provided so many details. We would for sure stay here again.

Beautiful getaway

Great Stay!

I've traveled to HHI for years now - if I told you the number of years you wouldn't believe me. I'm old. Laughing.We really prefer Sea Pines over the other areas of the Island - it's quieter, the homes seem more private, the beach is much less crowded and you can visit the shopping areas and the restaurants without having to worry about gate pass fees. I don't know that we've booked the same home or condo more than once - that isn't by choice, actually. We visit HHI about two times a year and we're just not lucky enough to find availability for the properties we love (or I guess you could say perhaps we don't plan far enough in advance).This home would classify as a property we would book repeatedly. It felt like more than a home...it felt like a home I would purchase. It was really comfortable, well laid-out, clean, well-stocked, on a quiet cul-de-sac and fun to "live in" for a week. It was very "livable."A big thank you to the hosts - we travel with our very well-behaved small-ish dogs. The hosts were very welcoming, and the home was very dog friendly. Dog owners/lovers like to spread the word when they find dog-friendly locations, whether they be homes or restaurants - where we live (Ohio) places aren't easy to find. We appreciate it when we find it. (And for the folks who are neutral on the subject, have no fear. There are no signs or smells of dog presence here - the home is immaculate and "human friendly" as well)This home is a winner, hand's down.

Excellent vacation property! We will definitely rent it again. Spacious for five people. Wonderful areas to gather. Pool was perfect for laps and free swimming. Best stocked kitchen that I have ever seen.

Overall, stay was good with 2 adults and 2 young kids. We found two cockroaches within the first time we were there by a kitchen area which was very unsettling - they sent out exterminators but seemed like there was some sealant issues. Also, the outdoor pool area could be cleaner - with the humid weather and the pool covered by trees, there seemed like there was a lot mold/algae issues surrounding the pool .. just did give me the cleanest feeling. In addition, on communication - the iTrip management team sent too many repetitive messages which was very confusing and unnecessary. On the day of our arrival, we received a message that we needed to pay 10 to get in to the Sea Pines area even though they already mailed us our car passes. Also, just generally a lot of spelling mistakes in the emails which made me view them as less professional. There was also a community pool in the neighborhood which no information was shared on prior until I asked.Generally, the area was nice an a short bike ride to the beach and at the end of a quiet cul de sac street.

Wonderful Sea Pines Location

My husband and I loved our stay. We brought our Shih Tzu, Zoe. We found Sea Pines and Hilton Head in general to be very dog friendly. The house was fully renovated and very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Loved how lush and shady the area was, as well as being nice and quiet! We are already discussing a return trip!

Great stay

The house exceeded our expectation. Despite a small hick up during the booking process (which was resolved fairly quickly), we really enjoyed our stay. My parents-in-law flew in from England, and Hilton Head/Sea Pines didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend!
