Apartment "Murmeltier"

Numerous restaurants and decorated house facades ("Lüftlmalerei") showcase the diversity and tradition of this district. Just a few minutes away from the apartment, you will find the traffic-calmed zone with many small stores and cafés. The vacation home is ideal for group trips: Up to 28 people can be accommodated in the 4 apartments.

Not only the location, but also the size of this apartment is perfect for group travel. The bright, large living and dining area offers enough space for several people. In bad weather or on cold winter days, the cozy seating area with couch and two armchairs invites you to a cozy get-together. Of course there is also a TV at your disposal.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils and is ideal for preparing small meals. In addition to a stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher, there is of course also a fridge.

There is enough space for up to 7 people in the 104 square meters of space to retreat to: Two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds await you here. A sofa bed in the living area can also be used as a bed. As not all bedrooms have a closet, there is a built-in wardrobe in the hallway for storing clothes.

Our "Murmeltier" is equipped with two bathrooms, both with a shower. As you like to relax with a book after an active day on vacation, a bathtub is of course a must! Guaranteed to get you in the vacation mood. Speaking of vacation mood: a Swedish stove in the living area ensures cozy evenings and a pleasant feeling of comfort. If you prefer to travel in the summer months, there is an inviting balcony at your disposal. Of course, it is equipped with garden furniture to make the most of beautiful summer days.

Our guests have a reserved parking space in the backyard and of course you are welcome to bring your pet with you.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. It is very spacious and was perfect for our Christmas gathering. The wood burning stove was a nice touch. The location was excellent as well. We would definitely book this location again!

Nice property. Plenty of space. Comfy beds. The decking area was good to use. Parking could be tight if you take a bigger than average car.

Zentrale Lage. Sehr geräumiges Appartement. Wir haben das Appartement mit 7 Personen und großem Hund angemietet. Wir hattet ausreichend Platz, wirklich nie das Gefühl aufeinander zu kleben. Zur Begrüßung für unseren Hund stand gleich ein gefüllter Wassernapf parat ! Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Gerne wieder!!

Perfect spot for exploring the Alps!

Really appreciated that this property was in a lovely quiet neighborhood with easy walking to charming downtown, restaurants, shops and public transportation. Wifi was good and loved the dedicated parking spot. The property is clean, well maintained, and appointed. Clear communication from the management company (especially since I was traveling from the USA!) and friendly service when we arrived after hours. Minor suggestion would be to include coffee/tea setup and shampoo for on-the-go travelers like us and upgrade the full mattress/bed in room nearest the back porch (very soft mattress and squeaky bed springs). Would definitely stay here again and recommend as a home base to any group/family wanting to explore the area.
