Our "Murmeltier" is equipped with two bathrooms, both with a shower. As you like to relax with a book after an active day on vacation, a bathtub is of course a must! Guaranteed to get you in the vacation mood. Speaking of vacation mood: a Swedish stove in the living area ensures cozy evenings and a pleasant feeling of comfort. If you prefer to travel in the summer months, there is an inviting balcony at your disposal. Of course, it is equipped with garden furniture to make the most of beautiful summer days.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. It is very spacious and was perfect for our Christmas gathering. The wood burning stove was a nice touch. The location was excellent as well. We would definitely book this location again!

Bei gutem Wetter kann man vom Balkon aus die Zugspitze sehen. Das ist wunderbar. Das einzige Manko ist die Aussicht auf den Hinterhof. Aber die Wohnung an sich ist schön und groß genug für 6 Personen. Die Küche ist super und die Sitzecke verleitet zum gemütlichen Beisammensein.
Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und gut für einen älteren Hund geeignet.
Sehr schön.

Negativ ist der Blick in den "Garten", sehr verwildert und die Mülltonnen sollten wo anders stehen.
Alles Andere ist mit "sehr gut" zu bewerten.
Wir können das Murmeltier weiter empfehlen.

Zentrale Lage. Sehr geräumiges Appartement. Wir haben das Appartement mit 7 Personen und großem Hund angemietet. Wir hattet ausreichend Platz, wirklich nie das Gefühl aufeinander zu kleben. Zur Begrüßung für unseren Hund stand gleich ein gefüllter Wassernapf parat !
Das Appartement ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Gerne wieder!!

Really appreciated that this property was in a lovely quiet neighborhood with easy walking to charming downtown, restaurants, shops and public transportation. Wifi was good and loved the dedicated parking spot. The property is clean, well maintained, and appointed. Clear communication from the management company (especially since I was traveling from the USA!) and friendly service when we arrived after hours. Minor suggestion would be to include coffee/tea setup and shampoo for on-the-go travelers like us and upgrade the full mattress/bed in room nearest the back porch (very soft mattress and squeaky bed springs). Would definitely stay here again and recommend as a home base to any group/family wanting to explore the area.
