Cozy semi-detached house in a prime beachfront location right on the dike

A dream location with a view of the sea! The small holiday complex “Diek Twilling” consists of a total of 4 semi-detached homes located directly behind the dike in the Ording area. Beyond it, the beach—with its characteristic stilt houses—invites you to take long walks or enjoy plenty of sunbathing. Each semi-detached home offers space for 6 people spread across 3 floors; during the season, patio furniture is available for you on the sunny terrace. The ground floor is tiled and equipped with radiant floor heating, while the upper and attic floors feature high-quality vinyl flooring. A highlight of the attic is a small fold-out balcony from which you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea.

This half of the house offers approximately 100 m² of living space and is laid out as follows:
Ground floor: Entryway, living room with open kitchen, dining area, and access to the sun terrace, as well as a smart TV; shower room/toilet; and an utility room

Upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a smart TV, one bedroom with two single beds (100 x 200 cm each), a shower room/toilet

Attic: one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a small, fold-out balcony

A shared bike shed is available for your bicycles, along with one carport space and an additional parking space.
You’re welcome to bring your dog.

Das Diek Twilling 4 ist ein Ferienhaus, in dem man sich wirklich wohlfühlt und erholen kann.Die Strand Nähe und der Ausblick ist absolut traumhaft. Auf jeden Fall....immer wieder gern! Haben schon einige Urlaube im Haus hinterm Deich ....in dieser Strasse verbracht....und jedes Mal wenn wir auf dem Deich hier vorbei kamen...sagte ich ...."da will ich unbedingt mal hin"!

Wir waren zum vierten Mal im Diek Twilling und nicht zum letzten Mal. Eine erstklassige Lage direkt hinter dem Deich und ein Haus in dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Auf alle Fälle kommen wir wieder. Im ersten SPO Urlaub beim Spaziergang, Internet.
