Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location
The host double-booked the location. I only found out when I called the host on my check-in day because I had not received any of the check-in information. He was not very helpful. He cancelled my reservation but I didn't receive a full refund as I should have because it was completely out of my control.
