The open floor living space is filled with sunlight from the glass sliding doors that lead to a screened in lanai beachfront view. Beach Therapy! The lanai is the perfect spot to relax for hours, enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf, catch up on your reading and take in the Gulf breezes. The living/dining room has a large screen TV (free cable service) and comfortable furniture (there's a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 overnight guests). There's a dining table for 2. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all appliances, including that oh-so-important dishwasher. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The bedroom with its king-sized bed greets you after a full day at the beach and enjoys its own TV and balcony. The full bath has a walk-in shower.

Dolphin Way has a gorgeous beachside resort-sized pool and sundeck with lounge chairs for you to enjoy.

For your convenience, there is an on-site laundry room on the same floor as your condo; a designated covered parking spot; a locker on the ground floor with beach chairs and beach umbrella; and building elevators. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.
