Relax with a 32" flat-screen TV with Roku, and enjoy intimate meals at the cozy dining bar for two. Outside, two wooden rockers invite you to savor locally sourced Whiskey Morning Coffee from our Keurig machine as the sunrise paints the sky.

Well-Equipped Kitchenette
The villa includes a loveseat couch, clothes hanger, and a well-equipped kitchenette with dinnerware, silverware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, and a mini fridge. For breakfast lovers, a waffle maker is and toaster are available—just bring your favorite mix for the waffles.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation

We enjoy spending time with our 4 adult sons and are excited to have a family-centric lake house for those cherished family moments. Surrounded by lush trees and peaceful farmlands, the beauty of the Texas Rolling Hills does not disappoint! You will be staying at a family ranch on 34 acres outside of city limits.
