On your terrace, you’ll find patio furniture, a parasol, and a grill—perfect for winding down your day with a nice glass of wine.<br><br>There’s also a parking space and a lockable bike rack available outside.<br>The spacious living and dining area features a modern, fully equipped built-in kitchen, perfect for cooking together.<br>The living area also features books and board games for a cosy evening.<br>The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.<br>The bathroom with a shower features a built-in radio and underfloor heating.<br><br>After a long bike ride or walk, you can relax your muscles in the infrared sauna. It is located on Wiesenstraße, which—thanks to its quiet and idyllic setting—is perfect for a relaxing holiday.<br><br>On the ground floor are two holiday apartments, each with one bedroom, a sauna, and a terrace. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds and televisions.<br><br>The upper floor features two duplex apartments, each with two bedrooms, a gas fireplace, and a balcony. The bedrooms on the lower level feature cosy box-spring beds and a TV. The bedrooms in the attic also have a TV and two single beds each.<br><br>All apartments come with a parking space and their own lockable bicycle storage room.<br><br>In addition, all apartments are equipped with fully furnished kitchens, roller blinds, fly screens, heated floors, patio/balcony furniture, umbrellas, grills, and Wi-Fi.<br><br>The “Kochwerk” restaurant is a 5-minute walk away.
