Sliding glass doors from the living area open to a deck overlooking the water with seating, firepit and grill area. Just steps away from the home is your private dock which includes (5) complimentary kayaks to enjoy the river and swim with the Manatees. We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, spacious, and had all the supplies we needed to feel comfortable. It has been beautifully updated throughout, and everything felt fresh and well maintained. There were plenty of towels for everyone, which was a nice touch. The location was fantastic and made it easy to enjoy the area. The owner was also very responsive and quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

One amazing place! From the availability of amenity’s, to the layout and cleanliness of the entire house, we couldn’t have asked for more. Host was great and supplied more than advertised in the listing. The house is beautiful and is setup well for hosting family dinners, lounging, or prepping for spring runs. We had the joy of seeing multiple manatee, turtle and mullet. Our family had a great time, and can’t wait to come back! Don’t pass on this place.

The host, Ken was outstanding! He went above and beyond helping us to make our stay extra special. He responded very promptly to all our questions and was very accommodating to the 4 teen boys we brought. I cannot say enough great things about him or this house. The house was spectacular! Very clean, spacious and brand spanking new. The apartment space downstairs was perfect for the 4 boys with the queen pullout couch and an additional queen size air mattress. They had their own kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and outside deck. It gave us adults the space and privacy we needed upstairs with the 2 beds/2 baths and full kitchen and deck. We grilled out every night. (2 grills in property) and the kayaks were perfect along with the paddle board. He also brought us a round boat we could use for the day. Property was nice and spacious and neighborhood felt safe. We saw manatees, dolphins and turtles right from our dock. The house had everything you can imagine, including an outside shower and toilet! The location also great, just 3 canals from main river (spring). Perfect to get to State park upstream. I cannot say enough of Ken’s hospitality or how beautiful the house and property was. Easy to get in and out of kayaks and just all around a great vacation was had by all! Thank you!
