Combined living and sleeping area with a cozy couch, a 43-inch flat-screen TV in the living area, an integrated dining area, and a double bed.

The children’s room also features a double bed (box spring, 160x200m) and another 32-inch flat-screen TV.

The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop and a combination oven/microwave.

From the balcony, which features seating, you’ll enjoy a great view of the Baltic Sea.

Use of the washing machine is subject to a fee—you can obtain laundry tokens at the rental office.

You also have the option to use the laundry facilities at Aktiv Hus in Wasch Tratsch—washing €4.00, drying €4.00

Depending on the apartment type, our apartments can accommodate up to 4 people and are divided into 3 types with 30 m², 36 m², or 48 m² of living space. The apartments on the south side offer a breathtaking view of the inland lake, while those on the north side provide a stunning view of the Baltic Sea.

The quality and availability of the internet in the apartments depend on the facility’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
