An apartment in back of Farmhaus with its own designated parking around back of the property. A porch to sip morning coffee, shared laundry space, shared access to garage gameroom.

The unit is upstairs above the garage. Access to the unit is around back of the property near the parking. All access to outside area behind the apartment. Shared laundry space (first come first serve) and shared garage game room access.

For parking, please pull around back of the property to the left behind the fence.

Property is across the street from Schlitterbahn.

We enjoyed our stay in the upstairs loft. I was a little uncertain about which listing we were renting because of the description, but the loft suited us perfectly. Visitors should know there is a washer and dryer but it’s shared with the main house. This was not an issue at all. The folks staying in it were nice and our kids ended up playing with their kids in the shared game room in the garage. We enjoyed the bikes as well and took a little ride through town to see the sights. This place is two blocks from the schlitterbahn entrance, so that is convenient because parking for the water park can be an issue. We also walked to our river tube rental place (it was about 5 blocks to Corner Tubes) and didn’t have to worry about that lot being full or having to use paid parking there. All in all it was a great place to stay! Also, I message the host several times during the stay and their responses were quick and helpful.
