JUST STEPS AWAY FROM THE BEACH AND PROMENADE. The only thing separating the home from the beach and promenade is the Spinnaker. 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom beach block home with a bonus room in the heart of town. Sleeps 15 comfortably with an air mattress also available. 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed with twin trundle, 1 twin over full bunk bed with trundle, and 1 queen sleeper sofa.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
