features a bright, open-concept layout designed for connection and comfort. The main floor

seamlessly connects the living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen—perfect for

gathering after a day at the parks.

Step outside to your private screened lanai with a sparkling pool and attached spillover spa.

Indoors, enjoy a themed game room complete with a pool table for family fun.



Sleeping Arrangements

First Floor:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed with access to a full bathroom (tub/shower combo).

Second Floor:

• Bedroom 2: King bed with private ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 3 (Star Wars Room): Bunk bed (double + twin). Shares full bathroom.

• Bedroom 4 (Mickey Room): One double and one twin bed. Shares full bathroom.

• Bedroom 5: Double bed with twin trundle. Shares full bathroom.

• Bedroom 6 (Master Suite): King bed with private ensuite (separate tub & shower).

The spa is a spillover feature connected to the pool and shares the same water system. It heats to the same temperature as the pool and does not function as a standalone hot tub.

House Rules

• Primary renter must be 25+ years old.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• No parties or events.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

• Towels & Linens: Excessive stains (makeup, oils, self-tanner, hair dye, etc.) or damage may result in a replacement fee: $10 per bath towel or bed linen and $5 per hand towel or washcloth.



Unauthorized parties, smoking, illegal substances, or excessive noise may result in

additional fees, involvement of community security, or immediate removal without refund.
