The house was clean and well maintained, and the beds were new and very clean. The only thing I think could be replaced is the living room couch. Otherwise, everything was great! The location is excellent — direct access to the pool, and the beach is only about a 2-minute walk away. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

Overall it was a great place to stay! Cleaning people need to step up their game as there was stuff under couches, somebody’s clothes beside the washer , full dehumidifiers/ dusty dehumidifiers. Light stains on living room furniture and couch pillows Patio furniture needs replacing as it was falling apart rusted on the bottom of the seats. Pool was great, parking was sufficient for 2 vehicles,

Worst company ever! We booked three houses at Panama City Beach back in March 6 months ago for a family 74th birthday. We all drove over 700 miles after calling to make sure the houses were still standing after the hurricane and we were told yes everything was fine. Day one we get there no communication from this company after multiple calls, text and emails, no response. Our family had to get six hotel rooms for the first night. Day two still no communication so at the end of day two we had to rent other homes right next-door to these home and mysteriously they had power. This company does not care about their customers at all or if they have a place to sleep. It’s been a week later now and I still have no refund back so more work continues as I have to dispute. These charges now highly recommend booking with another company. All 30 of us will never use this company again.
