Clean and new bottom-floor apartment a few minutes' walk from old Partenkirchen. We comfortably fit 3 adults (1 couple) and 2 kids. Parking is in an underground garage and there is amazing, private outdoor space.The home is also a block from a scenic walk to the old Olympic ski jumping site. We would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful property located close to everything but still in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The features of the property were fantastic, just not quite cold enough to enjoy the fireplace. Enjoyed walking into both Garmisch and Partenkirchen for meals and some shopping. Easy to get to the train to Zugspitze as well. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful apartment in a very quiet area, yet so close to transportation and many restaurants. The apartment had all the comforts of home. Wish we could have enjoyed the fireplace if we were here in the winter. So relaxing to sit outside in the evenings. The instruction manual from Mahr was excellent, as well. Definitely stay again.

Great place

Everything was amazing including the rental company. From the view, the check in and the location, we really enjoyed this property. The only issue was with the washer and dryer it took 4 hours to wash 1 load of clothes. All in all a great place would rent again.

A Great Week in Garmisch

We stayed for a week in this property and couldn't fault it. It was in a quiet part of Garmisch quite close to the Olympic Ski Jump area. The property was very spacious and easily accomodated the four of us (2 couples). We would not hesitate to book this property again if we were to return to Garmisch.

Absolutely beautiful!

The apartment is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Everything is clean, the interior is high quality and very comfortable. We were four adults with plenty space when sitting together. Washer, dryer, blow dryer and many kitchen utensils are provided. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The magic of the Alps!

Spent Xmas holidays with my family visiting friends in GAP. Stayed at the Alpenzauber property. Everything matches the pictures perfectly. Very clean, comfortable, and with all ammenities. The view of the mountains is something one does not want to miss :). Overall stay exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend.

I slept in the room with two single beds and no wardrobe. There are blinds but no curtains so you can’t shut the light out. Apart from that it is a beautiful apartment with high quality furniture and equipment. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

We had a wonderful stay! The flat was well beyond our expectations! Plenty of room for 4-6 people in the living room as well as the dining area. Kitchen has everything one would need to prepare a delicious meal. Coffee maker, coffee kraft, tea pot and hot water kettle make for a perfect morning! Beds were very comfortable with wonderful bedding. Bathrooms had heated floors which were a delight. Enjoyed our time on the terrace with a gorgeous view of the mountains!! Grocery store, bakeries and restaurants all close by as well as bus stop. We walked with our luggage from the flat to train station in 15 minutes. Wonderful place and would highly recommend!!

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und schon das zweite Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Haben uns im Vorfeld schon sehr auf Urlaub und Wohnung gefreut. Leider war der Urlaub wie immer zu kurz. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse wie auch vom Wohnzimmer auf die Berge ließ den Tag richtig gut einläuten bzw. ausklingen. Eine kleine Reparatur am Topf-Eckschrank wurde sofort am nächsten Arbeitstag behoben. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, allein schon drei Schlafräume und zwei Bäder. Niemand kam dem anderen in die Quere. Gern kommen wir wieder. Hoffentlich bald!

Tolle moderne Wohnung mit viel Ausstattung. In der Küche sehr viel Kochutensilien, die das Kochen erleichtern. Auch Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden. Der Garten super schön mit Blick auf die Zugspitze. Zu Fuß knapp 10 Minuten zum Bäcker und Rewe. Auch der Stadtkern ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist für vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder gut geeignet. Für Erwachsene ist das Zweitbettzimmer mit Einzelbetten eher ungeeignet, da die Betten einfach zu schmal sind.

Wir waren von der Wohnung und der Lage begeistert. Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet, dass man im Urlaub sich wohl fühlt und nichts vermisst. Stadtzentrum ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel und man kann schön am Flussufer spazieren gehen. Die Mitarbeiter im Büro sind sehr nett! Bei Fragen stehen sie sofort zur Verfügung und versuchen eine Antwort / Lösung zu finden.
