With four comfortable bedrooms, including two king beds, two queens and 2 twins there’s plenty of space for everyone. Guests can relax in the living room, which features a cozy sofa bed for extra sleeping options with a double roll out couch. The house offers excellent climate control with both heating and air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for families or groups. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure on the water or gathering for a meal, this perfect home welcomes you with warmth and comfort. Experience the magic of Sunrise Beach at our phenomenal house. We are located between the 10-11 MM. Franky and Louie’s beach bar/restaurant is 1 cove over. Lakehouse 13 restaurant among several others are minutes away. The Shawnee Bend public boat ramp is a cove over. It’s a quick 10 min drive to Woods, an excellent grocery store. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, pots and pans, coffee pot, and crockpot. There’s a nice gas grill on the top deck with wonderful views of the cove while you’re eating with friends and family. Down on the private dock you will have access to kayaks, a Maui Mat and lounge chairs.

The house was beautiful, clean and so spacious! The dock was great with all the extra amenities and it didn’t have a ton of steps to get to which was nice. Cove was so peaceful and quiet! Highly recommend staying! We love it!

Such a wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. They made us feel right at home. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can really tell they take pride in hosting. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Had a great stay at this property! House was updated and clean. Two bedrooms with full bath upstairs and two bedrooms and bath downstairs made it perfect for two families to share. Dock was awesome with plenty of seating and a massive lily pad (just bring your own floaties). Friendly neighbors and a convenient location. Would definitely return! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This house is one the first I have ever stayed in that looked better in person than on picture (not that the photos weren’t already good) it was very clean and the location was perfect, the dock was great and the hosts were very quick with communication. I highly recommend, and will be staying here again in the future!
