Unfortunately not - we are unable to accept pets at this property.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

Self check-in is by secure code, so you can arrive on your own schedule. We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential building and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the apartment and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



There is no pool or spa at the apartment, and no air conditioning or central heating - the coastal location brings ocean breezes, and ceiling fans are provided.



Please note that the apartment is reached via stairs, and there is no laundry on site.
