Welcome! This private 2-bedroom, 1,400 sq ft lower-level unit of our home offers a cozy, garden-view retreat. You'll have your own entrance, full kitchen, spacious living area with streaming TV, and peaceful patio seating. The space is wheelchair-friendly with step-free access and bathroom grab bars.
Our location is a great option for visitors coming to Seattle for sporting events, concerts, and special occasions. Whether you're attending a Seahawks, Mariners, Sounders, or Kraken game, you'll enjoy staying in a quieter residential neighborhood while still being a convenient alternative to many of the busier and more expensive lodging options closer to downtown.
Guests enjoy fast Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, free street parking, and a curated West Seattle guide with our favorite local restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and attractions. We live upstairs and are happy to help if you need anything during your stay.
