It has a fabulous view from the patio! The house was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Barb, Ron and Jeff were so responsive to our texts and calls. If we ever come back to Seattle, we’d stay here again!

The view is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable, and there were thoughtful details like lots of extra blankets and towels in the closet and fresh snacks in the kitchen. We had a snag when the toilet wouldn't flush, but Ron was immediately responsive and got it fixed. It would be nice to have a bit more counter space in the bathroom, and the appliances in the kitchen our quite old, but it worked just fine for what we needed. Thanks!

This was our second stay and we were happy to be back. The view is wonderful in any season, and we appreciated both the patio and lovely indoor space - very thoughtfully appointed. Communication with Ron was smooth and we also had the owner checking in to see if we needed anything. So we felt very welcome, and the breakfast essentials (coffee, cream, English muffins, butter, jam) and little bowl of treats added to that. One does need a car, and to be able to walk steps down from the parking spot - no problem for us. The location is very quiet and peaceful, but not far from restaurants and stores. You can cook in the compact but well-equipped kitchen or enjoy takeout with a spectacular view. We look forward to returning.

The views were beautiful! Bathroom is small but functional. I may have missed it in the explanation of the property but didn’t realize someone lived upstairs. Again, there was no issue with this.

The property has stunning views of Pugent Sound, and is a super quiet retreat. It is very clean, and we appreciated all the small touches that we don't find in all vacation rental homes: brochures of area activities, tons of menus from area restaurants, coffee with cream and sugar, a pack of English muffins and snacks left for us to enjoy among others. My favorite was actually the highest water pressure I have ever experienced coupled with a massaging shower head! That really knocks those morning kinks out! As a bonus, the neighbor's cat, North, came over daily to say hi. While he is not allowed inside the home, he eagerly jumps into your lap outside...it was nice for us, as we left a lot of fur-babies at home with a sitter. Thank-you for the stay!

We had an amazing two night stay. The property has breathtaking views of the water, and a very nice lanai from which to admire it. The rental was stocked with nice towels and linens, and they left snacks for us to enjoy. Very clean home and nice, helpful hosts. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet and peaceful getaway.

Peaceful with a view

Overall, the place was absolutely wonderful. The views of the sound are spectacular, sunsets included. It is a close drive to just about everything in the area, but you don't ever feel like you are in the city. Lovely place to stay!
