Would you like to live close to the sea, with easy access to restaurants, bakeries, and city centre Westerland? Then the Lerchennest is the perfect place for you. The two bedrooms (upstairs) are each equipped with a box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), an LED TV, and a radio, and each has a small balcony with seating so you can, for example, enjoy the sunset in the evening with a glass of wine. Upstairs, there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The third bedroom is in the attic, where a Frisian bunk bed awaits you. In addition, the light-filled, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor is sure to delight “culinary pros” and rounds out this home. Furthermore, the “Lerchennest” features underfloor heating (ground floor & bathrooms), a wood-burning stove in the living room, and Wi-Fi/DSL internet access. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor. From both the living and dining areas, you can step out onto a spacious terrace each, leading into the newly landscaped garden, which is completely enclosed by a Frisian wall and offers complete privacy. The garden invites you to relax and unwind on deck chairs or in a beach chair, as well as to enjoy a good meal on the furnished terraces. You can conveniently store your bicycles in the lockable garden arbor. A well-behaved dog is permitted upon prior registration (€10 per pet/day).
