Outdoor Space: Enjoy the 2nd floor rear deck that overlooks the heated pool and splashpad. Located off the kitchen means you can dine at the outside table or relax on the comfortable chaise lounge. Too sunny? There is a retractable awning that offers shade on those sunny, summer days. The 2nd floor also has a covered, front facing deck that is perfect for watching the Friday night fireworks (weather permitting- every Friday night!) The master bedroom also has an uncovered, private deck that has an oversized lounger and chair perfect for reading, relaxing and enjoying the views!

First Floor: Private garage that can hold 1 car. Laundry room with washer/dryer and light filled bedroom with queen bed and full bath. Easy access from first floor to shared pool, grill and pavilion with tables, chairs and outdoor tv.

Second Floor: Open concept main floor with a well equipped kitchen, bar area, living and dining room plus 2 decks (one overlooks the pool and pavilion and the other faces the front of the property), plus half bath.

Third Floor: Master bedroom with full bathroom and private deck plus 2 bedrooms (one with twin over full bunkbeds plus twin size trundle and the other with a queen bed) and a shared full bathroom in hallway.

The gated Seaside Solis community incudes a large, heated pool and kid friendly splash pad. Several gas grills are centrally located as part of pavilion area with additional seating and outdoor TV. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and attractions.

We Provide: 1 beach cart, 1 cooler, 8 beach chairs, umbrellas (1 pool and 2 beach), beach towels, beach and pool toys. We also leave a starter kit with basic kitchen items; trash bags, drinking water, dishwasher pods, hand soap, aluminum foil and plastic bags. All beds have pillows, quilts and mattress and pillow covers. All bathrooms will have 1 roll of toilet paper. Iron board and iron also available. Master bathroom has hair dryer.

You Bring: Bath towels, bed linens and personal items (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc.)

Spicer Seascape is for family vacations. No rental groups under the age of 25 (unless accompanied by a parent or guardian), including prom or senior weeks. Must be at least 25 years old to to rent the property.
Welcome guide provided with additional information prior to stay.
To rent this property you will be required to sign a guest lease agreement and to abide by the property rules, policies and procedures outlined in the lease agreement.

Bed linens and personal towels not provided. Pack less and use a local rental companies. Host can provide recommendations.
