Very nice house with good location. The house was very clean and spacious, and everyone loved the pool. The neighborhood was very quiet and perfect for stay.

Overall the property was mostly as described. The kitchen was very bare bones and didn’t have many cooking utensils so if you plan on cooking many meals you might want to bring some pots and pans. The pool was a great to have, heated and clean. Location was great as it was less then ten minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the boardwalkWhile the location was missing a few items when we arrived the host was quick to communicate and did resolve the problems.

Great house, great location

The house was in great shape and plenty big enough for 4 families. Location was great and was walking distance to the boardwalk and some great parks for the kids. It was stocked with TP and linens including bath towels which was so nice.

Great house with lots of beds!

The house was prime location of northern wildwood if you want to be away from the downtown area. Pool was perfect even in october the heat worked well. The upstairs living room/dining room/kitchen is open and great for hosting a large amount of people.

The house is beautiful and spacious and in a great location. The contract for rental specifically states it’s not to be used for parties. However, when we checked in the house looked like animal house. There was so much trash outside, cleaners weren’t finished cleaning, the garage was trashed, stains on the ceiling, paper products used up, no batteries in tv remotes, broken door knobs, socks and shoes left from the partying tenant before us. It was stressful because my family was staying with kids and we wanted to get settled. The cleaners weren’t finished cleaning and they tried, the owner apologized, but tried to help yet so much was left a mess - the pool had trash it, it was a mess. All we got was an apology. We had a nice time and wiped a few things down ourselves and had the cleaners come back and fix things. We were lucky to be able to rent such a big house for only a couple nights. I guess this is part of that flexibility - you might get stuck in the remnants of the party people that they rent to.

Property was great VRBO app for communicating with property manager or owner is very pour. Had many questions prior to check in and almost impossible to get responses. Simple request like Coffee maker, outside lawn chairs and more. Just wanted to know what to bring. House itself was great but no cooking pans and pots. Had to buy them to make breakfast.

beautiful home & great location

We had a wonderful visit this past weekend. Our host was wonderful. The house was completely stocked with freshly laundered towels, sheets, garbage bags, toilet paper, sponges, dish towels…everything you could think of. She also communicated with me very quickly about a request for a late check out. The home was beautiful and the layout of the bedrooms, beds, sofa beds was very thoughtful. Everyone fit comfortably and had room to spread out. We were a group of 5 women traveling with 7 girls (age 6-12) for a cheer competition at the convention center and the location was a perfect 5 min drive away. On top of all that, our host was very flexible and very easy to communicate with. One of our children left a laptop in the home after we had already vacated the property, and it was super easy to get in touch with her and get back into the home to retrieve it. Thank you so much Lana for a great stay!
