Welcome to our “Seeblick” holiday rental—the perfect place for relaxation and unforgettable holiday moments! Here on the 6th floor (accessible by lift, of course), right on the promenade, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the North Sea—from west to northeast, taking in the seal colony and the New Lighthouse.

Our cosy apartment accommodates two adults and two children (+ one baby). It features an open-concept living and sleeping area, a modern kitchenette, a separate children’s bedroom, a spacious hallway, a stylish shower room, and a covered balcony.

The living and sleeping area features a large sofa corner that’s perfect for relaxing. With just one simple step, the sofa converts into a cosy double bed (165 x 200 cm) with a separate mattress. A flat-screen TV, board games, books, and a radio also ensure hours of relaxation.

The modern kitchenette has everything you need for self-catering: a 4-burner ceramic stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, and—for coffee lovers—a Senseo machine and a French press. Of course, there’s also a kettle.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (80 x 180 cm), which is ideal for children. A high chair is available in the apartment and can be set up in just a few simple steps.

From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the North Sea and the sunset—the perfect spot to wind down the evening with a glass of wine.

The hallway offers plenty of space for your belongings, including a coat rack, mirror, and shoe bench. A small entryway is shared only with the neighbouring apartment.

Here’s some more practical information: Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building (shared), you’ll find a clothes drying rack in the children’s room, and there’s a bike storage area. Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

At “Ferienhaus Seeblick” on Borkum, you can already hear the waves of the North Sea! Our comfortable and individually furnished holiday apartments—some with ocean views—are located right on the beach promenade in a prime location. Here, all you need to do is pack your swimwear and spend a wonderfully relaxing day at the beach soaking up the sun and unwinding!

Borkum’s town centre, with its small shops, restaurants, bars, and cosy cafés, is right next to the building. Also nearby are a tennis court, the “Gezeitenland” seawater swimming pool, the Kulturinsel, the Kurhalle, and various shopping options. Inside the building itself, you’ll find several small boutiques on the ground floor.
