Grossartig!

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und hat einen unschlagbaren Ausblick auf den Strand und die Seebrücke. Ja, die Küche könnte mal eine Erneuerung bekommen, aber das mindert die Qualität der insgesamt tollen Atmosphäre in keinster Weise. Alles ist sauber, ordentlich und es gibt überall kleine Details, die den Urlaub verschönern (Bilder, Kerzen, Dekoration etc.). Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal herkommen.

Großes Lob für Beschreibung des Ortes der und des Schlüsselerhaltes für die FeWo durch wfv Binz, da wir außerhalb der Bürozeiten anreisten. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Schön, dass die Betten bezogen waren.

Gut aber verbessungswürdig

Top Lage, kurze Wege zum Stand, Bäcker und Promenade. Verwaltung freundlich, schnelle Hilfe bei einem technischen Defekt in der Wohnung. Die Kaffeemaschine braucht sehr lange (ca 1h), sollte entkalkt oder getauscht werden. Das Inventar ist sehr alt, dabei sind die Betten und Matratzen besonders negativ aufgefallen. Die Beleuchtung im Objekt sollte geprüft werden. Ebenso bedarf es einer Grundreinigung – Staub, Polster und Spinnenweben.
