Die Lage des Objekts ist sehr zentral, und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist gemütlich und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Beim Einparken muss man etwas rangieren. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne, preiswerte Ferienwohnung in bester Binzer Lage. Einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt und im Zentrum gelegen, haben wir hier schon viele Male sehr schöne Urlaube verbracht. Empfehlung für große Familien!

Die Wohnung ist im Wohnbereich klein, wir haben uns aber nach kurzer Eingewöhnung wohl gefühlt. Das tollste ist der kurze Weg zum Strand und die Ruhe. Man hört nur Vogelgezwitscher und kann sehr gut entspannen.

Lage top, Sauberkeit flop

Die Lage ist sehr gut, das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe zur Promenade. Es sind nur ca 50 Meter zum Strand. Die Sauberkeit war katastrophal. Dreckiges Geschirr, alte Haarbüschel in der Dusche, alles war verstaubt und verranzt. Dicke Staubfäden hingen von den Decken und in den Türrahmen, tote Insekten in den Lampen, ein defektes Fenster. Die Agentur war telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Man musste vorbei gehen - ärgerlich. Der Verbesserungsversuch hatte nur mäßigen Erfolg. Die Reinigungsfirma fühlte sich nicht verantwortlich. Grundreinigung wäre nicht ihre Aufgabe. Insgesamt eingeschränktes Urlaubserlebnis. Dafür war der Preis zu hoch
