In this spacious holiday rental, you can spend wonderful, relaxing days with your family or friends.<br><br>The duplex apartment spans the 2nd floor and the top floor. A large living area and three separate bedrooms offer you plenty of space and a very practical layout.<br><br>On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sitting area, dining area, and open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The top floor features a bedroom with a single sofa bed (90 cm x 200 cm; walk-through room) and a bedroom with two single beds (each 190 cm x 90 cm), as well as a guest bathroom. Comfortable seating areas in both upper bedrooms provide cosy spots for reading and watching TV.<br><br>You can enjoy the refreshing Baltic Sea air in the shared garden. In honour of his four daughters, three symbolic roses (plus a bud) still adorn the gable of the house today. <br>First mentioned in a document in 1318 as the fishing village of Byntze, Binz is the largest seaside resort on the island of Rügen and is situated on one of the island’s most enchanting bays, the Prorer Wiek. Flanked by the expansive woodlands of the Schmalen Heide and the Granitz—home to the picturesque hunting lodge—the town nestles against the reed-lined shore of Lake Schmachter to the west, while facing the Baltic Sea to the east. Its sheltered location, wide, fine-sand beach, rock-free seabed, and gentle surf make Binz a popular beach paradise. <br><br>The beach promenade, with its unique seaside resort architecture, and the Baltic Sea beach are directly accessible through the property’s garden.
