Welcome to our “Ferienhaus Having” on Rügen! High comfort and plenty of space spread over two floors provide the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday for up to 4 adults and 1 child (up to about 2 years old).

The spacious living room (ground floor) with a wood-burning stove and dining area invites you to spend relaxing hours here. Whether you’re sitting together, chatting, or watching a good film—every wish is fulfilled here. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing on your smartphone. You can also retreat to the small desk for some privacy.

The kitchen is an open-concept kitchen with a freestanding cooktop. On the lower terrace, which adjoins the living room, there is a seating area with a view of the harbour. Also on the ground floor are the bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and two sinks; a separate toilet; and a small utility room with a refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine.

In the attic of the holiday home, a light-filled living area with a glass roof leads to the two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as the house’s second bathroom.
The upper living area offers a cosy spot where you can sit, read, play, or watch the clouds even on cooler days. A large glass door leads to the garden, which features a barbecue area and a wonderful spot for sunbathing. The view from the garden terrace stretches across the marina to the meadows on the opposite side.

A private sauna and a professionally equipped fitness room round out the living comfort. Ideal for relaxing after a walk on the beach! The flat-rate additional fee of €35.00 covers the final cleaning.

The rooms on the ground floor are heated by underfloor heating; the bedrooms have electric radiators.

Two parking spaces are available for your use.

Note: The initial security deposit of 200 € will, of course, be refunded to you immediately after the final cleaning, provided the cleaning service finds no issues.

The “Ferienhaus Having” is located in the tranquil village of Seedorf, a district of Sellin, very close to the harbour. Here you can unwind to your heart’s content and relax to the fullest!
A playground and local restaurants are located right near the house. The surrounding area is ideal for biking and hiking. And the vibrant atmosphere of the major Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin, Binz, and Baabe is just a few kilometres away.
During the summer season, you can use the shuttle service to the beach in Sellin for free with your spa card. The beach in Baabe is five kilometres away via the Moritzdorf ferry along the bike path. The bike path runs right past the house. In Thiessow, you’ll find parking spots close to the various beaches (dog-friendly, nude, and clothed).
