This spacious, bright, and modern holiday rental, with a sunny south-facing location, a terrace, a well-maintained lawn, and garden, offers plenty of space for 1–3 people in its 80 square metres. Even if the weather happens to be uncooperative (we’re a region with low rainfall), the large windows ensure plenty of light in the rooms. The holiday rental has a separate entrance. All floors feature wood-look flooring, vinyl, or tile (allergy-friendly). Living room: Couch with adjustable backrests and side panels, convertible into a single bed. 42-inch TV with satellite connection, decorative glass table, dimmable ceiling lamp, access to the terrace. Unobstructed view of the Rhön (Kreuzberg). Kitchen: Kitchenette with stove, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker + Cremesso capsule machine, dishes, glasses, silverware, tea towels, table with 4 comfortable chairs. Quick access to the patio via the living room. Sleeping area: comfortable, large double bed, wardrobe with plenty of storage space, 2 sliding doors for easy opening and additional space for daily clothing at the front, compact (writing) desk for notes, etc., bedside lamps with USB charging ports, bed linens. Bathroom: separate walk-in shower, short bathtub, sink, toilet, washing machine, shower and bath towels. Entryway/hallway: closet with wardrobe, shoe rack, compact tall cabinet with plenty of storage space; the hallway is located just inside the entryway and separated by a glass door. Cleanliness/Hygiene: Vacuum cleaner provided; apartment disinfected upon check-in (door handles, tables, controls, etc.). Please note that pets are not allowed. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Check-in from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Please let us know your estimated arrival time. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are not allowed.
