We stay here on every visit to Gatlinburg. We love the walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and convenient drive to shopping and restaurants. Only negative was all the unsupervised kids in the hot tub. It made it unusable for paying customers. Hot tubs should only allow adults OR supervised kids.

This condo and facility are beautiful inside and out. Very clean and location is perfect for walking downtown but not difficult to get in and out due to traffic. Only suggestion would be to update mattresses . This was second year we have stayed here and definitely will be back.
