Vacation apartment "Seeblick" in the Villa Medici

This bright and well-laid-out 2-room holiday apartment is located in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa in the centre of Norderney. The Kurplatz and bathhouse, a supermarket, a bakery, and restaurants are just around the corner. And it’s just 300 metres to the beach. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the lovingly restored villa—which is the top floor—so that above you there’s nothing but the well-insulated roof and the seagulls. In the past, you could see a small section of the North Sea from the bedroom—which is why this apartment is called “Seeblick” (Sea View). That view has since been blocked off. But from every window, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view over the rooftops of city centre. The entire apartment was completely refurbished to a high standard in early summer 2016, featuring new flooring and a fresh coat of paint. You can expect a stylish and modern living environment. Add to that the ceilings up to 3.60 m high and the cosy sloped ceilings—you’re sure to feel right at home here! The kitchenette is integrated into the living room and is very well equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, range hood, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. A microwave with a grill function is also available. In the bedroom, you’ll find a large double bed and a spacious closet. In the cosy living room, the couch can be converted into a comfortable 1.60-meter-wide bed. The dining table comfortably seats 4 people. The modern bathroom has plenty of storage space and a large shower. The spacious entryway offers room for plenty of shoes and jackets. Cable TV and a small CD player are provided. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge for our guests. Many little extras ensure that our guests feel right at home and are happy to return. For example, there are various DVDs and CDs available for our guests—just in case the weather brings the famous “Norderney lake fog.” The house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee. A small reading nook in the entryway comes in handy when you’ve finished your holiday reading. Many repeat guests book directly with us year after year—a testament to the apartment’s excellent amenities and upkeep. You’ll love the fantastic location, which is quiet yet very central!
