The "Kaiserhof 1.02 Strandkorb" holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the "Kaiserhof" building. The building is right on the ocean, just a few steps from the beach. The island’s centre, with several restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. The building has an lift.

The apartment has been decorated in a bright style using natural colours. The living-bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The kitchenette is very well equipped but does not have an oven; however, a microwave is provided. The balcony, with a side view of the sea, is the apartment’s little highlight. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operable via an app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here, as the holiday rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
