The Space:

5 STARS - This was one of the nicest homes we've ever stayed in, and it very comfortably housed all 13 of us (ages 16-72). There was plenty of space for everyone to do different things inside the house on the rainy days, but also lots to do outside on the beach/lake on the nicer days. We loved the paddle boards, kayaks, and rafts...and enjoyed playing cornhole too! Hillary, Group trip

This spacious and beautiful home on Beach Lake features:

6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

Bedroom #1- King bed with walk in closet and private bath with shower. 1 standard size crib

Bedroom #2- Queen bed

Bedroom #3- Queen bed

Bedroom #4- Bunk bed with full size mattress on bottom and twin on top.

Bedroom #5-Bunk bed with full size mattress on bottom and twin on top.

Bedroom #6-Bunk bed with full size mattress on bottom and twin on top.

2 Queen blow-up mattresses are also available on property.



Master bedroom bath has shower and dual sink.

Hallway bathrooms have tub and sink.



Each room has its own Smart TV, with a respective Amazon Firestick, closet, and luggage holder. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have small foldable desks and cubbies.



This cozy kitchen is fully equipped to make lovely meals of any kind. It offers a crockpot, hand mixer, automatic and manual can opener, serving platters, bowls, pots and pans, spices, and much more. Dishwasher pods are available for your convenience.



The grill (gas) is outside on first-floor deck, to your left. A prepping cart is adjacent for ease of use.



The bar has a beverage fridge and a dual temperature wine fridge. There is also a Ninja blender and another Keurig.



Let the kiddos have some fun in a quaint playroom with fun for everyone!



There are 3 fire pits available to keep you warm on a chilly day/ evening. Enjoy the paddle boards and Kayaks.

Sand toys, life jackets, and floaties in the bin on the lower-level patio.

At the bottom of the stairs, as you walk out to the beach, you will find a foot shower to rid of all the sand before you make your way back up to the house!



SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK, THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access through the front door, only.

No garage access.

Important Information:

◆ We require the primary guest to be at least 25 years of age when they book.

◆ The booking guest must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Northwoods Portal powered by Guesty prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $200 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6.50 every additional night.

◆ Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
