Spotless property. Extremely thoughtful touches throughout. Owner thought of everything very well equipped. Especially appreciated the full-size laundry and beautiful kitchen.Quiet side street within a very pleasant short walk to beach, restaurants, shopping.Host was great at communications. This space is in a perfect location. Just enough away from the crazy of PB and Mission but still walking distance to the beach. It is well stocked with all the house needs, and the outdoor spaces are wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet but active. You could spend some time outside with friends enjoying the cool ocean breeze into the evening and night. The bikes were a bonus! In great shape and we enjoyed them multiple times. Having a full private space including parking gave it a comfortable feel. Overall, the space and host were worry free, allowing us to have an amazing week in SD. :)
