- On the 3rd floor (left bedroom), the setup is similar — the attached bathroom also has an extra door providing access from the bunk bedroom and pool area.
- The other two bedrooms have completely private bathrooms.

This layout is ideal for multiple families, couples, or groups, offering a great balance of privacy and shared spaces.

! Please Note – Backyard and Pool Update
The backyard and pool area are currently under construction, so the outdoor space may look unfinished and some areas may not be usable. There will be no active construction work during guest stays—no crews or construction noise, just a space still in progress. Please do not leave children unattended, as there is an outdoor swimming pool on the premises.

Badges are valid for the entire stay and will give you access to all the community amenities:

How to get them:

Visit the Boat Rental Office (by the lake/clubhouse)
Bring your rental packet + photo ID
$10 per person, per day (cash only)
Kids under 5: no wristband needed

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT TAKE THE BADGES HOME or DISCARD them. All badges must be returned to the property and placed back in their designated location at the end of your stay.
