Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Water is cold at lake, recommend wet suit.Bonus is swimming pool and jacuzzi and not cold ha.

4th of July.

Property was great, very walkable and nice sand beach, only issue is that the onsite security did not enforce wristbands or parking passes so there were a lot of crashers from the motels across the street causing over crowding.

Excellent location. There’s no A/C just a heads up but fans are provided. The property beach is beautiful and walking distance to activities. The bathroom is on the bottom floor so if you’re sleeping in the loft, the have to go down 2 flights of stairs. Overall we enjoyed ourselves
