Part of the exclusive Oaks at Wasatach community, this modern rental is ideally located to experience the best Northern Utah has to offer. The spectacular ski slopes of Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird, and Alta are all less than 16 miles away, and Park City is just 10 miles beyond. In the opposite direction, downtown Salt Lake City offers a plethora of brewpubs, restaurants, and cultural attractions to explore.



In between adventures, rest and recuperate in your upscale townhouse. With a total occupancy of 11 people, you'll have plenty of space to stretch out without stepping on each other's toes. Two bedrooms are furnished with a private flatscreen TV, so you can enjoy your privacy if you want. Or hang out together in the living room, which has a cozy gas fireplace for cold nights. This house was perfect for our family. Located just outside the canyon road, we had close proximity to Smith’s and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family of five, we could have added another family with no concerns. Wonderful welcome basket of snacks. Kitchen was well equipped and there were some spices available. Lovely gas fireplace. If the unit had a hot tub it would be amazing. Property is managed by Vacasa so the communication was wonky and not as easy as when VRBO is the host. That said - it worked out and we had a great stay.

Property is great, perfect for our group and convenient to skiing and restaurant's. My only note would be that the "Jetted Tub & Private Deck" led me to expect a hot tub on the porch.

LARGE place - with full basement apartment, well equipped and right where you can turn into the traffic for Little Cottonwood Canyon.

Very spacious condo with easy access to the four Cottonwood Canyon resorts. Nice kitchen and living room for gathering, but ample space to get away from your travel companions if needed. Garage parking is a nice plus

Our group of 11 enjoyed staying at this property over the holidays; the house was clean and spacious, with sufficient private space for the teens and adults. The property manager was also very responsive to the minor repair requests we had. Overall a very positive experience!

The house was clean, mostly updated and comfortable. We are a family of 6 - including 4 teens in town for a ski trip. Absolutely loved the location with easy access to Little & Big Cottonwood Canyons. Lots of shopping nearby. Had two living spaces which would be fantastic for 2 families. Would definitely stay here again. One note - fan in room with 2 beds was incredibly loud and needs to be serviced/replaced. Even with that - 5 star rating.

Convenient location between the 4 ski areas. Home is roomy with a well stocked kitchen. Just so you know, the blender doesn't work. Supplying the garage door opener is a nice touch. Tissues would be a good addition.

My husband and I stayed in this town home with 3 other people and my baby and it was amazing. The decor is all modern, super nice, granite countertops. It had 4 bedrooms so my baby could have her own room. My sister in law loved the basement apartment. It had 4 bathrooms as well, which is especially nice when you have so many people. The TV had cable and Netflix, which is nice at night before bed. There was a guy who came by and gave us tips about the house, I don't know if he was the manager or maintenance man, but it was really helpful.

Big place

House overall was a decent place to stay at. Only 2 issues. It has one air conditioner for a three-story home which naturally the hot air rises to the top so the upstairs was piping hot when we got there. And number two the hot water in the master bathroom shower did not work for some reason. Tried letting it sit for 10 minutes and then only stayed cold. It’s a good location with a lot of beds.

We were thrilled at the cleanliness and order of this house. Everything about the property was easy to navigate, from the organization of the kitchen to details like house rules, toiletries, garbage and departure.
