Very clean, excellent bedding, perfect location and well equipped. The only issue was a minor mixup on the code to enter the house which was resolved with a couple of quick messages. Thx

Thank you for your kind words about your stay with us! We're thrilled to hear that you found the home clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. It’s great to know that the bedding met your expectations as well. We appreciate your understanding regarding the mix-up with the entry code; we strive to make every aspect of your stay as seamless as possible, and we’re glad we could resolve it quickly. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for another comfortable stay!
This is our 2nd time staying in this particular BnB. We love the neighborhood, quiet. We love the walking distance food court with excellent choices and great nightly music. And we love the Friendly Market which had everything we needed for snacks and meal prep. The BnB is comfy with all the amenities. I would add 3 things to the list of things they could supply: A coffee grinder (I brought beans from home, but no way to grind them); a whisk (we made scrambled eggs and found every utensil I could think of but not a whisk); and a full length mirror (perhaps behind one of the bedroom doors). I left my nightlight in the bathroom on accident, but I do not need it back, keep it as it is quite nice to have a little light in the bathroom in the middle of the night to avoid turning on the bright overheads. Thank you again. We loved it. P.S. I could not find a guest book?

Thank you, Erika, for sharing your thoughts about your second stay with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the nearby food court with its great music and food options. It’s wonderful to know that the Friendly Market met your needs for snacks and meal prep, and that you found the BnB comfy and well-equipped.
We appreciate your suggestions for a coffee grinder, whisk, and full-length mirror. Those are great ideas, and we’ll definitely consider adding them to enhance our guests' experience. We’re also glad you found a little light in the bathroom helpful, and we’ll make sure to keep it for future guests.
As for the guest book, we’re sorry you couldn’t find it. We love hearing from our guests and will look into making it more accessible.
We truly value your feedback and hope to welcome you back for a third visit soon!
Thank you---we hope to be back since we visit the area often...A few comments: Very nice quiet large 2brm unit w lovely balcony and western view, well equipped spacious kitchen and living spaces and nice bathroom (except shower/bath had slow drain, which mgmt said it would fix). Nice to be able to have had our dog, though disappointed that pricing extra chg for dog was not transparent at all and didn't show up until after we booked the non-refundable unit, and it (dog fee) seemed a bit high once we lesrned it (150). Overall a very nice place we hope to book again! Thank you. Thanks.

We’re sorry to hear about the slow drain in the shower and the confusion regarding the dog fee. That shouldn’t have happened, and we understand how important transparency is, especially when traveling with your furry friend. We’re committed to improving our communication and will take your comments to heart as we continue to refine our processes.
Thank you for your kind words and for considering a return visit. We would love to welcome you and your dog back to Eugene soon!
