Your dream Hilton Head escape awaits at this 2BR/2.5BA townhome! Located in the Courtside Villas community, you can walk to the soft sand and rolling Atlantic waves in just a few minutes. Return to dip in the two sparkling pools or get an exciting match going on the tennis courts. This ideal location allows you to walk or bike to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza.



Newly updated, your rental features two floors of refined living space. Highlights include a fully-stocked sparkling kitchen, serene balcony, and an all-suite layout.



LIVING AREA



The sunny living area with ceiling fan is furnished with two leather armchairs and a plush sofa (which converts to a queen-size sleeper). Relax and watch favorite shows on the 65' wall-mounted TV.



KITCHEN & DINING



Home chefs will be delighted to find all-new stainless steel appliances in the modern kitchen including indoor electric grill, Instant pot, and blender. Granite countertops offer ample preparation space as well as seating for two.



When it's time to eat, share tasty meals around the table for six in the dining area.



BED & BATH



This townhome sleeps six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area.



The peaceful primary bedroom features a stately king bed and a 40' TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.



The second bedroom holds a comfy king bed and a 40' TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.



A half bath provides additional convenience.



OUTDOOR AREA



The tranquil balcony overlooks the community pond and one of the pools. Sip morning coffee in the shade at the bistro table for two.



After a fun-filled beach day, two unheated community pools offer a refreshing oasis at home. The pools are open seasonally from March to October.



Your reservation includes access to the on-site tennis courts and one complimentary hour of play per day.

Great place, great locationThe condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We were so close to the beach we either walked or rode bikes there. So convenient we rode bikes to the grocery store. We will definitely stay here again.

We love this location and have stayed here before. Good for families. Property needs a little updating and might not be a good fit for people who are expecting top of the line.

Our first time on Hilton Head Island was great with this place! A little confusing with the access pickup but everything else was absolutely wonderful! So close to many great spots while being tucked in to not have traffic noise. Would stay here again. Super clean!

This is such a nice place! It’s super close to both the beach and Coligny’s shops. There’s so much room, and I liked how it was spread out. If someone gets up early, they can have the entire downstairs to themselves and not worry about waking people up. Everything is nice and clean. Pretty decor as well!!

Everything we envisioned

The establishment is professional, quick to respond to text or by phone, keep their properties in excellent condition and stock them with all the essential amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend and would consider them again the next time I visit. The only thing to make sure you know is that most properties thru Vacasa require someone 25 years of age to rent the property. This may make it difficult for younger adults to find a room to stay in. Keep this in mind.

Pros. The condo was a short walk to the beach, took some searching to find the closest way to the beach, but once we figured out where to go we had several sunrises on the beach and night beach walks. Condo was nicely decorated, and had all the basic amenities. Cons. Smelled musty, some of the electric sockets were loose and the bedrooms didn't have ceiling lights only lamps but they wouldn't stay plugged in. You didn't have any privacy in the bedrooms the way the vents were everyone in the main living area could hear and vice versa. Over all we had a great stay and could walk to just about everything, pool was an awesome bonus.

Great Location & View, Quality Could Be Better

This condo was a fantastic spot located just behind beachfront properties. It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the unit to the beach. The décor was very nice and the condo itself was relatively clean. Some of the furniture, dishes, and bedding could have been cleaner, and the quality of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and stuff for the beach (specifically the wagon which had a bad wheel and made it difficult to drag) was very minimal and poor quality. Overall we still had a great stay and it was nice to have two king beds to choose from. The bathrooms were very nice as well, the condo had great water pressure. I would recommend this place to a friend, but I would also strongly urge the owner to improve the quality of the items mentioned above.
