The location of the house was great. Just a short walk to the beach. The house didn't have much for beach accessories. What they did have was rusted or broken. We did communicate with the host and they had chairs out the same day. Wish we would have asked three days before we did. The house could have been cleaner and the kitchen only had 4 forks(which were also delivered the same day the issue was addressed). Overall, with some more attention to detail, the house is a good option. Plenty of space and the backyard pool was great option when taking a break from the beach.

The property was as advertised, but dated. Our only concerns after check-in were that the refrigerator in the kitchen was not working, washer and dryer neither had power, stove had no power, fan in basement bedroom had a loose blade and missing a screw and downstairs entry would not lock. The positive, contacted the concierge number and maintenance was out almost immediately and fixed all issues. We were also informed by maintenance to be careful on the upper balcony on the N. E. bedroom, as it was not stable. Easy and convenient access to beach, 2 minutes at most. Very quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking.

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the refrigerator, washer/dryer, stove power, loose fan blade, downstairs entry lock, and the unstable upper balcony. After your call, maintenance repaired the appliances, addressed the fan and lock, and secured the balcony area. We’ve also scheduled a structural inspection and any necessary repairs and will review the home’s overall condition with the owner to plan updates where needed. Thank you for the detailed feedback. Overall it turned out pretty good. The smoker did not work at all!!! Saw it had no pellets. Ran to town and bought pellets. Filled it. Nothing!!! Not the best situation with 15 family members on the 4th of July at 4pm. Pot holders would be extremely helpful. Larger trash can is needed. And at least have a small trash can in at least the bathrooms!! Restaurant wise, I recommend Flounders and Peg Leg Pete’s!! Go to Baby Beach to watch the fireworks!!!
