We loved our stay at this centrally located Penn Yan VRBO. Host was attentive and responded quickly to questions. Place was ideal for pets, and easy to navigate for wheelchair users. The Keuka outlet trail is right out the door, and you’re walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, and activities.

This is our 2nd time staying here. This time a different host. Still had the same great experience. Check in was easy. Responses from host were prompt and detailed. We will absolutely stay here again in the future. We truly love this little place.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the mattresses on both beds were very soft in the middle. Very hard not to keep from rolling to the middle. Also, the lighting in the game area could be a little brighter.

Our family of two adults and two older teens enjoyed our stay at this property. For the kids, the huge game collection was a plus, I think we played at least seven different games. The outdoor space was nice to play darts on one warmer evening. The space indoors was a good size. Shower is very small but it did the trick. Location is probably the biggest bonus here. Restaurants, bakery, little shops, even the grocery store are all within a five minute walk. The kids could walk into town easily on their own. Penn Yan is a good jumping off point for wineries on both Seneca and Keuka Lakes.

Property was tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and in a great location, walkable to restaurants, breweries and a grocery store. Located on a side street so it was pretty quiet. We really appreciated the patio and dartboards - it was fun to throw darts on a warm evening. Parking is plentiful. Communication with the host was fantastic. I'd definitely book this property again!
