The property was just perfect! Very spacious for our family of 5, it was setup nice with a great main room with plenty of seating for us all to relax after a long day and talk about our travels. Very well maintained and clean, no complaints at all.The location was great: we walked to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben. Westminster Abbey, excellent location! Very short walk to the bus and metro as well when we needed to travel a bit farther. Lots of restaurants, groceries and plenty of shopping nearby.Grace was a top notch host and very helpful, she responded quickly to any questions (ex: I had never used an induction stove before but Grace had me cooking with it in a flash!). Recommendations from Grace for restaurants, grocery shopping etc. also were excellent and much appreciated! Thanks again!We would definitely stay here again!

When we were at the airport, we were told that there was a problem with the door of the unit, and we could either wait to see if it could get fixed today since the repairman hasn't arrived yet or choose another unit which will be very similar, obviusly we chose the second option to have a place right away. The apartment was nice and clean in a very quiet pedestrian street. The ammenteties were good aand they were thougtful of what people might need. The bed in the smaller roon was realy springy and uncomfortable, the bigger bed in the other room was fine, just maybe change the water stopper at the sower so it could actuly stop the water from covering half the bathroom. Overall good apartment, good location, some small changes could make it even better.
