This is a good place if you want to be near Alki Beach. Quiet neighborhood and everything you need. It’s private and walkable to California Street and nearby stores and restaurants.
Nicole was an excellent host, and the studio was just as described and met our needs perfectly. We used public transportation, buses, water-taxi, and the Link, and resorted to Uber a couple of times when we were lazy.Excellent stay!
Great cottage in the West Seattle area. Walk down the hill (a few blocks)to the beach. Lots of small touches- coffee, shampoo & conditioner, books to review about “things to do”, etc. I would definitely book there again.
A quiet space, welcoming and comfortable, with a luxuriant garden. The mattress is just right and the couch is comfortable, tooEverything you need to store some food and make meals. The organizer closet is excellent. I want one like it!The studio feels spacious with its high ceiling and skylights. Good lighting, too.
The Secret Garden Cottage is a delightful place to stay for anyone visiting Seattle - especially if the goal is to experience the less-well-known part of the city. The cottage itself is very charming and comfortable. Nicole, the host, is lovely and accommodating. The cottage is in a very quiet neighborhood and tucked back off the street. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need to create a simple meal. The cottage is extremely well located for shopping in West Seattle as well as experiencing all the great restaurants along the water front. It is also very easy to hop on the West Seattle Bridge and be anywhere else in the city you might want to explore. The Secret Cottage is a real find - perfect for one or two people looking for a charming get-away.
